Permanent Jutsu ideas

I know that when you spent enough oro kills on intelligence or wisdom (can't remember which one) you gain extra chakra use points. I was thinking that when you kill oro you can add 1 kill point on any jutsu you have the proper stats for (example, cannot add to Suna unless you can use Suna). for every 2 you add to any one of them, you gain one permanent point in that specialty (but no use points.) That way, after long enough, someone can start at level one with all of the Fuuton Ninjutsu attacks.

I will use Genjutsu as an example:

one technique requires 18 specialty level to use (according to the Wiki). If you were to spend 36 oro kills on Genjutsu, you can use that Technique even if you select a different jutsu as a specialty.

I think it will work because it would take a lot of oro kills to master anything and if anyone did it they wouldn't spend their points on strength or speed or others. It would balence the character, as they would gain more jutsu variety and not get super jacked up stats at the same time, example, more Jutsu for less power/def/speed.

Also, if this only increases specialty uses, not chakra uses, you can't use a level 18 attack off the start because you only get a few chakra points.

I say this should be put in, because Kages should know more jutsus then Acadamy Students.

That defeats the purpose of being able to switch your specialty at the training ground & leveling your jutsu at exodus now doesn't it?

They are also quite a few forest events that increase your specialty level. Your idea would make getting Oro kills way too easy.

Sorry, but the Neji made the specialty module the way it is because he wants it that way. So choose to master a single specialty or learn multiple specialties.

Besides, higher ranks means you have higher stats, stronger mounts, stronger jutsu, more HP, stat buff during pvp, & much more. I think that's plenty to show those darn acads that you are more supreme than he.

This might a be good idea for a harder game like Legend of Bleach though on Shinobi Legends it would make it easy, so agree with Gyu.

I made it the way I wanted it, but I never said this was the infinite end of all things.

Though, I certainly will tell you where your ideas leads to:


Hokage:

levels up (random speciality inserted here)

and spent on different jutsus oro points....

then he can access about 3 top-level jutsu branches, PLUS the one he learned.

so, he can be a "can do every jutsu" without even having to be a sitter...

I said it once: I am against omnipotent "can do every jutsu" guys. Naruto uses...er... Rasengan? Kage Bunshin... and...er.... Bunshin?... Lately Genjutsu dispelling... Never seen him use anything else (or I forgot)... so, now you want to be  the copy ninjas that can use any jutsu oO

Sasuke seems to be using a butt-load of new moves though.

=) Sasuke, yes.

But count all jutsus in *one* specialty, and you find they are apt.

Also, you can switch anytime,and get more. =) I fail to see why you should start at level 1 with a big knowledge advantage.

I think his idea is if you use a certain justu a certain percentage, it would work.
If it would be accepted, it would have to be, like, 90% of all your specilities.

think about it.

with 200 kills, they have any jutsu they want. everytime they level up... :(

Which is why I said percentage.
By my math, they would have to use the same specility 180 times in your example.

I don't understand what you mean by a hokage being able to use everything, I said it wouldn't increase uses, a character can have all the abilities, but will not be able to use them until their level gives them enough uses (example, a level 1 with 19 intelligence gets only about 6 or 7 uses) so they wouldn't be able to use level 18 jutsus until level 10 or 11.

also, at 2 oro kills to 1 specialty point, that would be 36 oro kills without spending points on any other stats. that means base stats in everything if you focused on this, surely that would put some kind of a dent in their performance.

as for the mount problem, maybe a stat requirement on mounts? maybe you need so much intelligence and wisdom to summon the mount each day. Or maybe it costs X chakra a day to summon it.

finally, if it were put in we could change everything, like everyone starts with the level one of every specialty that there stats allow, but doesn't gain specialty points at level ups, just use points. then you cannot ever use a level 18  genjutsu specialty unless you spend 36 oro kills on genjutsu.

but I do see flaws now that it is pointed out, It could work if the all or some of the specialty increses by special events were removed or switched to only increase uses (not specialty points), but that could take a lot of work.

could someone please clerify what the problems you all see are?
