I mean i want to attack someone in PVP. And that person isn't on the list when i click the 'Slay Players'. How can i find him/her?

Well, you have to find where that person is.
What Village are they in? Are they in a Dwelling?
Also are you the right level to PvP them, as you must be within so many levels of your opponent to be able to PvP them.

...There's an event in the Forest, where you can hire a ninja to kill someone for you...It's not as satisfying, but it gets the job done...

Sometimes, it taunts me . . . the inability to attack another, specific person.  I mean, at the end of the mail telling me that killed me, it states, "Don't you think it is time for revenge."

Well, yes.  Yes I think it is time for some revenge . . . unfortunately, there are too many obstacles to facilitate it.

Oh, and the forest event will not allow me to kill another.
