Sharingan Related Question

I was wondering. Since Sharingan users can advance a single eye from normal --> Sharingan --> Mangekyo, can a person that RP's evolving their Sharingan into Rinnegan keep one eye in Sharingan, and one in Rinnegan? I ask because of this picture from the Anime:

You can, from what I've seen, still use Mangekyo techniques whilst the Rinnegan is active, so why you'd only want to evolve one eye is beyond me. Any who, no I don't think it's possible. Maybe somewhat because we've seen Sasuke with a one tomoe in one eye and a two tomoe in the other. Also, I believe Sasuke's picture is like that because that was when he was going blind.

I would use Mangekyo techniques with Rinnegan, if peoples only defense wasn't, we've only seen Susano'o being used.

You could assume that you could use the other techniques, but then it isn't a large step to assume the Rinnegan would have all the basic Sharingan abilities too now wouldn't it? If you want to be able to use all your Mangekyo jutsu when you need to then you have eyes that can ascend to Rinnegan at the cost of losing said abilities when you do. If you want the best of both worlds take a Sharingan in one eye and a Rinnegan in the other, since Amaterasu and Susano'o are completely useless.

Every single time someone has used Susano'o against me they have lost. Obviously it is easy for me to counter but anyone who manages to get 4 Rinnegan resets negates Susano'o completely.

Suika no jutsu would counter it, Raiton no Yoroi, Dust Release goes right through it, Futton can melt it's bones.

Perfect form is still made of chakra, and so anything that can absorb a large amount of chakra at a time is practically immune to it. Plus, with so many sharingan users, Tsukiyomi (however you spell it) is also quite useless. Ameratusu I would think would be useful up to the point of chakra absorbing techniques being used against it.
