Chakra tax wouldn't be useless, if it was like Edo Tensei where the chakra doesn't come back until the summon is gone. Or like Angry Man said, just prohibit the transfer. It'll make being a host more appealing due to the chakra benefits.

Very much.

Another thing I like to bring up is the integration of Susano'o with a tailed beast.
What do you think about it?
Since I downright think combining it for offensive purposes is to OP in my opinion. (Susano'o enhanced Bijuudama)

Meh, I'm against it. Unless the tax for the biju summoning or genjutsu is very high, as that means summoning a biju and using susanoo would drain your chakra almost immediately.

I'm on a similar page to Trev, if people want it then it'll have to have massive chakra taxations occurring each and every post the form is maintained, and seeing how the bomb would need to be charged and all, the user's really just asking to die of their own volition.

Then again Edo zombies would be able to use it risk-free, so I say prohibit it altogether (before we see Susanoo integration of summons and other monstrosities).

I'm pretty sure a Shinra Tensei could easily block a Susanoo Bijuudama. It had no problem dispersing a Senjutsu-enhanced Rasenshuriken, which generally has the same effect.

Unfortunately not everybody's capable of pulling a Shinra Tensei out of their hat.

Didn't Pain have to deflect Naruto's bijuu-dama since Shinra Tensei wouldn't have been able to block it? Or was that only in the anime?

Where'd that happen?

It was probably anime-only, since there was a whole filler episode dedicated to Kyuubi Naruto going against the Deva Path alone, if I remember right.

He did overpower the Shinra Tensei at some point though, or was every time anime only? Naruto resisted it with a million clones when he won and before that 6 tailed mode tanked it and it kinda rebounded on Pain.

Physically resisting Shinra Tensei to minimizing it's repulsive force is possible. Six-tailed Naruto was able to make the Deva Path get pushed back instead with his tails grasping to the ground. Though the Deva Path was able to disperce/deflect a Senjutsu Rasenshuriken twice, and that's the closest example we're getting of a Bijuudama in terms of form and strength. Heck, it's probably as strong as one too.

I'm pretty sure a beast bomb easily dwarves a senjutsu-enhanced rasenshuriken, a beast bomb easily capable of wiping a considerable portion of a village.

A Susanoo-enhanced (or any kind of enhancement applied to it for that matter) beast bomb potential-wise would be downright uncanny.

Bottom-right panel:

Sure enough, a normal rasenshuriken could create a sizeable crater.

Sure enough, a normal beast bomb could tower over mountains, if not being capable enough of blasting them to smithereens in the process.
