Have you ever thought about a largeer power than the shinobi? Surely there are other countries away from the shinobi continent, and they're more than likely technologically advanced. What if The shinobi nations are closed off from everywhere else and the people who were introduced were the ones pulling t strings making sure that the citizens don't learn of any higer powers. It's the perfect way to keep an empire under control without anyone questioning? What if the ninja that pull the strings use a jutsu to keep the shinobi empire hidden with jutsu and it's really on Earth in our society of today.
