you should balance at least some points. having thousand attacks but little damage (when I use strength & more to calculate damage) is not sooo tough either.
also, you have little atk, so *currently* you get riposted.

you may quit, but once the system is complete you might want to come back though.

I don't think this will be the only point reset, but I CANNOT put in a huge system overnight, I am a lone coder here on such things. There are things that can done only by mine or close to mine skill level, and this is one of them.

You thought that was bad? I have 400 atk & def and this guy with 60/70 atk & def hit me for 200+ damage. That was a VERY VERY lucky hit.

My only issue with the reset is how it changes the dynamic between the Daiymos and the super-squatters.

Before the reset, itachii & Gyu had 400-500 attack & defense, the same as a Daiymo.  The difference, the Daiymos had 3000+ HP and the squatters were capped in how much HP they could have.

NOW, itachii & Gyu have the same amount of attack & defense (because they only had to reset DK points, not the temp stats from various events/items) but the Daiymos had their attack & defense cut in half in many cases.  For instance, I went from 425 in each to about 200 in each.

Thats not the only problem in pvp though...The difference in Att/Def isn't great enough between dks...meaning that adding one oro point doesn't increase the stats enough between different levels...I've seen acads beating jounin in the news....(and not acads with fake titles)

Academy Student - Chuunin
1 point per DK

Jounin - Anbu Captain
2 points per DK

Sannin - Hokage/Kazekage/Otokage/Mizukage
3 points per DK

Grand Hokage/Kazekage/Otokage/Mizukage
5 points per DK

Daimyo
3 points per DK
1 point per dk.

My have a suggestion that doesn't involve giving more DK points & put more strategy into building up your stat.

STR (strength): STR +1, ATK +1; STR = *10, ATK +1; effect taijutsu damage.

VIT (vitality): VIT +1, DEF +1; VIT = *3, maxHP +5.

INT (Intelligence): INT = *6, Chakra +1; effect ninjutsu damage.

DEX (Dexterity): effect hit rate; increase effectiveness of items; effect critical/deadly hit rates; DEX =*10, ATK +1.

SPD (Speed): effect dodge rate; effect taijutsu damage; effect double & triple attack rates; SPD = *5, DEF +1; SPD = *10, Forest Fights +1.

LUK (Luck): effect dodge rate; effect critical/deadly hit rates; effect item drop rate & event success rate (unknown)

note: *# means multiple of that number.

Starting stat will be STR 1, VIT 1, INT 1, DEX 1, SPD 1, LUK 1.

I think players will have more fun with this. As they can put their DK points strategically so that they can make the best build. DK points reset with donation points should also be added so that players can try out different builds.
And you say mine is complicated ^^

I think most are very very very afraid of having lower stats than before.

I *have* to say that ALSO the forest enemies will be weaker.

Do you like "hey, I got 500 attack!" or a similiar 200 ?

The ability for extra attacks is strong, don't underestimate it.
also, the more jutsu uses will be brutal.

a grand hokage might start his day 11 basic (!) uses, guess what he can do...

you can make 10 or more attacks... well, talk about jyuuken...

that being possible...well....

play at legendofbleach, there is already the new system in place. ^^ still some time to go then.

speed does not triple damage.... that is too simple.
Maybe you will be more opened to my suggestions now? Or are you going to make players stay an acad for 10 DKs, genin for 20 DKs, chuunin for 30 DKs, Jounin for 40 DKs, hunternin for 50 DKs, anbu for 60 DKs, anbu captain for 70 DKs, sannin for 80 Dks, kage for 90 Dks etc? It would take 450 DKs to get to kage.

is that what you want?


ANY system I introduce will have to deal with those attack points people stacked up.

people voted AGAINST a high-limit of pvp...so  this is basically a democratic vote ...

I havent plundered recently but being able to use jutsu in pvp doesn't that upset the balance.Also since when have jutsus been available in pvp? :-?

Plunder fights =/= PvP. You gain no experience as they are simply guards  who stand watch when they log out to attack any who attempt to plunder the dwelling.

So they are basically enemies who guard dwellings?But how would that affect the pvp fight unless part of the jutsu carried over to the fight?

Are you talking about those gaurds that you buy? Because I don't have any (I'm too lazy to get any) so he's up agenst me, it isn't really fair that the attacker can use jutsu agenst another person =/

Nooo...All that he's saying is that if you plunder, and run into a guard, you can fight them using jutsus...meaning that it works like a forest fight. The result is that lower level players can take down higher level players by using jutsus where they normally wouldnt stand a chance in pvp....so Maria's original question, a few posts back, wasn't really the result of the stats

makes sense but i would assume that any bonus's from mounts or jutsus are taken out like during the sensei fights.Which if true causes everything to go back to the core issue.
