I've seen this in bio's and thought i'd make it.
Blood Ninjutsu
Level 1-
Technique Name:Blood Senbon
Effect/Description:The user converts a small amount of blood into several razor sharp senbon and sends them towards his enemy. Your enemy would suffer 1-11 Damage 5 times for 2 rounds.
Level 3-
Technique Name:Bloody Cross
Effect/Description:The user charges chakra into his arms and legs and strikes in a cross formation front and back with kicks and side to side with punches in the shape of a cross, the speed this is done with and the way the user moved causes the red chakra to form a blood red ornate cross as it radiates off the arms and legs. Your enemy would suffer 50-75 damage for 1 round.
Level 5-
Technique Name:Rain of Blood
Effect/Description:Using a medium amount of blood the user forms many razor sharp senbon and sends them into the air. The senbon would plummit towards your enemy causing 50-75 damage 3 times a round for 3 rounds.
Level 10-
Technique Name:Blood Shield
Effect/Description:Using a medium amopunt of blood you form a shield that you use to protect yourself from oncoming attacks. The shield would give your defense a 20% increase for 3 rounds.
Level 15-
Technique Name:Blood Manipulation
Effect/Description:Using your chakra you begin to manipulate your enemies blood. Your enemy would suffer excruciating pain and the attack would cause 200 damage for 4 rounds. Also your opponents defense would be decreased by 5% for 4 rounds.
